Inburgering is not required for Turks

Just wanted to update news about Inburgering in The Netherlands that on Tuesday last week De Centrale Raad van Beroep had determined that Turkish who live in Netherlands and hold resident permit (verblijfsvergunning) does not require an intergration course (inburgeringscursus). This comes to agreed because the courses are conflict with an agreement between Turkey and the European Union.

 Turkish migrants  may continue to integrate, but not mandatory.

News Binnen drie jaar inburgeren

Today I read a news about inburgeringsexamen in Nederland "Binnen drie jaar inburgeren" - that who stay in the Netherlands and have to take inburgeringsexamen, must pass the examination within 3 years instead of 3.5 years (like my contact). What happen if you not pass, you will lost your resident permit.
However, this case is except for refugees. If they are not pass in three years they will get the penalty.

Difference between Inburgeringsexamen Staatsexamen

In the Dutch language you can learn at different levels. We know the following levels:

After arrived the Netherlands with MVV visa and you already have your BSN (Burger Service Nummer). This BSN is very useful for you to open a bank account, looking for a job in Netherlands or contact your community.
